Preheat the oven to 425°. Spray the bottom of a 9 x 13 casserole dish with non stick cooking spray. Remove the crescent rolls from the can and place in the bottom of the casserole dish. Pat the crescent rolls in the dish and seal all perforations. If you do not seal the perforations, the filling will leak out and not cook properly.

Sprinkle the sausage and mozzarella cheese over the crescent rolls. In a mixing bowl, add the eggs, milk, salt and black pepper. Whisk until well combined. Pour the eggs over the sausage and cheese.
